OF ST. MARTIN'S PRESS Peter Miller, President of PMA Literary & Film Management, Inc., announces the sale of North American rights to John Glatt's currently untitled true crime, to Charles Spicer, Editor, at St. Martin's Press in a nice deal. PMA manages Audio, Foreign, and Film Rights to this title. Headline making murder trial of a priest accused of murdering a nun in a cold case from over 25 years ago resulted today in his conviction in Toledo, Ohio. St. Martin's has signed up the first book to appear for our Mass Market True Crime Library! The books is to be written by bestselling true crime writer John Glatt, author of One Deadly Night, Depraved, Deadly American Beauty, and Never Leave Me. Father Gerald Robinson was found guilty today of murdering Sister Margaret Anne Pahl whose body was found stabbed with an upside down cross in the chapel of the old Mercy Hospital on April 5, 1980, the day before Easter. Father Robinson is also accused of being a member of a bizarre sadomasochistic cult of clerics, who dressed up as nuns to sexually abuse and torture young children in strange Satanic Rituals. After Sister Ann's vicious murder, Father Robinson became the prime suspect, but there was not enough evidence to charge him until December 2003, when a 41-year-old woman complained to the Toledo Catholic Diocese that as a child she had been sexually molested, during a weird Satantic Ritual by a brotherhood of priests wearing nun's garb. Born in London, Glatt has been a journalist for more than thirty years. His previous books include Rage and Roll, a biography of Bill Graham; Lost in Hollywood, a biography of River Phoenix; The Royal House of Monaco, about Princess Grace and the Monaco Ruling Family; and the official biography of The Chieftains, the legendary Irish folk group.
