When veteran hit-man Joe Flood is warned that he has a terminal illness, he decides to end it all by issuing an open contract on himself via the Internet. A bounty of $6 million is now on offer to every professional assassin, terrorist, mob enforcer, ex-KGB cutthroat and homicidal maniac crawling the planet.
